Coach of the Month
Bev Winter
Dog Mom of 3 | All In | Freed From Fear
“I’m not perfect, but I have my sugar cravings under control.”Here’s how it happened.

Her Story: Always Searching for the Next Fix
Before Fast to Faith, Bev was always searching for the next thing that would fix her.
She read so many books and tried so many programs. They would work for a little while - but the sugar cravings always came back, and she’d start searching all over again.
She didn’t think she could ever break free from sugar.
Then, right before she found Dr. Tabatha, things got harder. An infected root canal led to six rounds of antibiotics, two teeth extracted and an implant. For nine months, she could only eat what she could swallow.
Her gut was a mess, and she felt terrible.
Both Feet In
Dr. Tabatha was one of the speakers at the Kick Sugar Summit. Bev listened to her presentation and everything just clicked. She ordered the book right away.
She signed up for the 40 days and the Coaching Academy at the same time - and she has never looked back.
Today her gut is healing, her sugar cravings are under control, and she’s part of a community of women who love and support her.

A Game Changer for Her Faith
Bev has been in church all her life. But learning Lectio Divina has been a game changer.
She feels closer to God, she knows the Scriptures better, and she’s journaling and reading her Bible more than ever before.
Why She Coaches
Bev wanted to know everything about Fast to Faith - how her body worked and how to heal it. Becoming a coach felt like the natural next step.
She loves helping her clients become healthier versions of themselves: working through obstacles, celebrating wins and praying together. “It is so fulfilling!”
And the learning hasn’t stopped. Since she graduated from the Coaching Academy, Ashlee, Morgan and Dr. Tabatha have continued to pour into the coaches - on nutrition, faith and becoming better coaches.
Coaching Changed Her, Too
Coaching has made Bev a more confident woman. She believes in herself more, and she’s no longer afraid to take on things that used to scare her.
She feels confident that God has a plan for her - and she’s a better coach because God is part of it.
The Most Rewarding Part
Bev loves getting to know her clients and helping them reach their goals. “They have all been amazing!”
One client is a very busy stay-at-home mom who keeps finding ways to fit the program into her full life. Her “never say die” attitude is inspiring - and her health is improving!
And Bev loves her fellow coaches. They are all faith-filled prayer warriors who have helped her faith grow.
