“I have not ‘arrived,’ but I have my hope back and a community of people around me that I can trust!”Here’s how it happened.

Her Story: A Body Crying Out for Help
Kendra has been on the “diet train” for as long as she can remember.
There were only a couple of seasons in her life when she wasn’t thinking about her weight and trying to lose the “extra” pounds.
After seven children, years of homeschooling and not taking care of herself, her body was hurting.
She woke up every day in pain.
She was gaining weight.
She had no energy.
Most days, she was simply looking forward to bedtime.
A Gentler Way Forward
Kendra had started intermittent fasting, but she was still trying to figure out what was missing.
Then she heard Dr. Tabatha on a podcast and just knew she needed to meet her.
It took a while to finally bite the bullet, but she signed up to work with Dr. Tabatha’s team.
Her journey has had its ups and downs. But with Fast to Faith, she found a more balanced, gentle approach to fasting. With hormone support, she started sleeping better.
No more aches and pains when she wakes up.
And some days, her energy is almost shocking to her!
She found her hope - and a community she can trust.
“If you want to blend the perfect duo of your spiritual and physical healing together, then Fast to Faith is for you!”Kendra Linde
A Coach at Heart
Since marriage, Kendra’s life has been mostly behind the scenes.
Loving and teaching her children is one of the greatest blessings she has ever been given - and also the hardest, and sometimes loneliest, calling. The fruit wasn’t immediate, the affirmation was rare, and it was 24/7.
In her tiredness, she sometimes found herself questioning if she was good at anything.
But deep down, Kendra has always believed she is a coach at heart - that God equipped her to coach, and that in His timing, it would come to be.
So when she heard the first Fast to Faith Coaching Certification was opening, she was still finding her footing in her own program. There were plenty of reasons it might not be a good idea.
Why She Coaches
Kendra has spent much of the last two decades studying all things health - for herself and for her family. She looked everywhere for wisdom.
But somewhere along the way, she sensed the Lord telling her that nothing she could physically do would change her at her core apart from Him.
When she found Dr. Tabatha combining the physical with the spiritual, it all came together.
For Kendra, coaching is an opportunity to let Him coach through her. And Fast to Faith doesn’t just let her do that - it encourages her to.
Coaching Changed Her, Too
Coaching brings Kendra so much joy. She gets excited to help women problem solve.
She has walked through some very dark places in her own life and had to coach herself through them. When she can walk alongside someone else through theirs, her heart is full.
It brings her closer to the Lord, too. She feels more accountable and more desperate for Him, knowing He alone holds the Truth for her clients.
And her faith has deepened inside a sisterhood that loves and supports each other. Instead of competing and comparing, they shine God’s light together.
The Most Rewarding Part
For Kendra, it’s the “aha” moments - when one nugget from her many years of study becomes the key that unlocks a new win for a client.
Her biggest coaching win so far? Figuring out the scheduling, the Zoom calls and finding a quiet place in her very “full” house to coach!
Thinking About Becoming a Coach?
If you had looked at Kendra’s season when she said yes, you would have laughed! She knew it would take her longer to start coaching, and that was okay. She treated it like going to school.
What she didn’t expect was the impact on her personally. The program helped her see that her mindset was the biggest hindrance left in her own health journey.
Kendra’s Message to the Woman on the Diet Train
If you’ve been dieting for as long as you can remember, Kendra understands.
Maybe your body isn’t failing you. Maybe, like hers, it’s crying out for help.
There’s a gentler way, one that heals body and soul together. And you don’t have to find it alone.
