Coach of the Month
Kerstin Lindquist
Former QVC Host | News Reporter | Author
“It relies not on health or science first, but faith first!”Here’s her story.

Her Story: From the Camera to a Calling
Kerstin spent more than a decade as a host on QVC, and before that, she worked in network news.
But her journey to coaching began somewhere much more personal.
At just 59, her mom began to struggle with cognitive impairment. Kerstin watched her die young and slowly from dementia.
She also walked through her own struggles with infertility and endometriosis.
Those seasons led her to become a health coach. About two years later, while listening to podcasts, she found Dr. Tabatha.
Health and Faith, Together
Kerstin had been drawn to anyone combining health and faith. And Dr. Tabatha was speaking truth straight to her heart.
What sets Fast to Faith apart, Kerstin says, is the order of things.
Today, being part of this community impacts her daily - breaking the lies of the enemy in her own life and in the lives of the women she serves.
“This will change your life.”Kerstin Lindquist
Coaching Changed Her, Too
Coaching challenges Kerstin and helps her learn every day. But it also stretches her faith and humbles her in the things she can’t do on her own.
She has become more reliant on the Lord for the things she doesn’t know. And as her faith has deepened, she feels she can hear the Lord more clearly now.
Her favorite part? The community!
The Most Rewarding Part
The highlight of Kerstin’s coaching came over a simple Zoom call - when she prayed with a woman she was coaching as she gave her life to Jesus.
Thinking About Becoming a Coach?
Kerstin believes you’re meant to be doing this - for you and for your relationship with the Lord.
Now the only thing left is to obey and stop trying to control.
Kerstin’s Message to the Woman Who’s Wondering
Maybe you’ve tried health first and faith second. Maybe you’re ready for the order to change.
Kerstin’s message is short, because she means every word:
Get to Know Kerstin
Her Morning Rhythm
On her knees. Sun before screens. Prayer, journaling and exercise - non-negotiable every morning. Her next book, Change Your Morning, Change Your Life, is all about it and comes out in December.
Her Anchor Scripture
“Ask and I will tell you remarkable things you do not know about what’s to come.” Jeremiah 33:3
Her verse for this season.
Something You Might Not Know
Kerstin appeared as a reporter on a few episodes of The West Wing! It’s still one of her proudest moments, because that show was so smart and quick.
Her Biblical Coffee Date
Kerstin would choose Esther. She’d love to know how Esther did it scared - facing death and still choosing faith. “Such a time as this” hangs on a sign in Kerstin’s bedroom, and it inspires her all the time.
