Coach of the Month
Kristen Worst
Wife | Mom of 3 | Educator | Fast to Faith Coach
“I began feeling better in my 40s than I ever did in my 20s and 30s.”Here’s how it happened.

Her Story: From Burnout to a Renewed Sense of Purpose
Before becoming a Fast to Faith coach, Kristen was a busy wife and mom of three walking through a challenging season of her own health journey.
She was recovering from educator burnout, struggling with hormone imbalances and gut health issues, and feeling completely exhausted.
Like so many women, Kristen was trying to hold everything together and figure it all out on her own.
What she needed wasn’t simply another approach to health.
She needed something that brought together her physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
And that’s what she found in Fast to Faith.
Finding Fast to Faith at Just the Right Time
Kristen believes God led her to Fast to Faith at exactly the right moment.
Years earlier, Dr. Tabatha had been her OB/GYN. When Kristen found herself struggling with burnout, exhaustion, hormone imbalances and ongoing gut concerns, her friend Ashlee encouraged her to reconnect with Dr. Tabatha.
Through working with Dr. Tabatha and her team, Kristen began addressing her gut health and looking more deeply at the root causes behind how she was feeling.
Then Fast to Faith launched.
Kristen went through the program herself, and what began as a desire to feel better physically became something much bigger.
Through fasting, daily Scripture, prayer and the support of an incredible sisterhood, she experienced healing from the inside out.
But the greatest transformation came when she stopped separating her health from her faith.
Fast to Faith gave Kristen a new way to approach wellness - with God at the center.
“Fast to Faith didn’t just help me improve my health. It changed the way I approach wellness by putting faith at the center of the journey.”Kristen Worst
When Your Transformation Becomes Someone Else’s Hope
Eventually, Kristen realized she didn’t want to keep what she had experienced to herself.
She wanted other women to know what it felt like to have energy again.
To feel good in their bodies.
To stop living in a constant state of burnout.
To have support instead of figuring everything out alone.
Kristen knew God had brought Fast to Faith into her life for a reason.
Becoming a coach felt like the natural next yes.
More Than Coaching. A Sisterhood.
Ask Kristen what makes Fast to Faith special, and it doesn’t take long for her to start talking about the women.
They pray together.
Celebrate the wins.
Walk through the hard days.
And, as Kristen puts it, give some of the best hugs.
It’s a place where women feel seen, supported and loved - and it’s one of the things Kristen treasures most about coaching.
Coaching Changed Her, Too
Coaching gave Kristen the confidence to share her story openly, knowing her vulnerability could encourage another woman walking through something similar.
It also changed her relationship with God. She now starts her days reaching for her Bible and inviting Him into what lies ahead.
She prays more.
Turns to Scripture more.
And looks for God in the everyday moments.
She’s learned that leadership isn’t about having the perfect words or all the answers. Sometimes it’s simply about listening, showing up and walking alongside someone.
The Most Rewarding Part
For Kristen, the greatest reward is watching a woman transform from the inside out - physically, in her mindset, and in her relationship with God.
One client’s journey stands out. Kristen walked her through the 40-Day Program while she was also healing her gut. Her husband jumped in too - following the meal plan and even completing the three-day water fast alongside her.
They loved the recipes, stayed consistent and cheered each other on. By the end, they both had more energy and had released weight. But the biggest victory was seeing her heal her gut and finally feel good again.
Sometimes you just need someone to walk alongside you and cheer you on.
Thinking About Becoming a Coach?
Kristen’s advice is simple:
Between the education, weekly calls, live events, the coach sisterhood chat and ongoing support, Kristen says she has received more than she ever expected.
Women who cheer you on.
Pray for you.
And walk alongside you as you step into something new.
And then you get to turn what you’ve learned into something meaningful for another woman.
Kristen’s Message to the Woman Who’s Been Putting Herself Last
Maybe you’re exhausted.
Maybe you know something needs to change, but between your family, work and responsibilities, you don’t know where to begin.
Maybe you’ve convinced yourself you should be able to figure it out on your own.
Kristen wants you to know that you don’t have to.
You are worth investing in. And sometimes the first step is simply deciding to say yes.

Kristen relates to her in so many ways - especially learning to trust God’s timing - and imagines leaving encouraged to surrender a little more and trust God even deeper.
