Morgan Chorak, Fast to Faith coach

Her Story: Searching for a Deeper Why

Before becoming a Fast to Faith coach, Morgan was already working in functional nutrition.

She was supporting women through hormone imbalances, gut health challenges and blood sugar regulation.

But even with all that knowledge, she realized something was missing.

“I was still missing a deeper why - something that would tie together physical healing with spiritual growth.”

The Missing Puzzle Piece

When Dr. Tabatha created Fast to Faith, it felt like the missing puzzle piece.

It brought together faith, metabolic health and a community of like-minded women pursuing wholeness.

Not just weight release. Not just symptom relief. Lasting transformation.

“I saw the impact of aligning nutrition with God’s design for the body and it was incredible.”

A fire was lit in her to help more women experience that kind of transformation - and freedom from dieting.

“We don’t just talk macros or fasting windows. We pray, we encourage, we grow together.”Morgan Chorak

Where Faith Meets Functional Nutrition

Coaching lets Morgan walk alongside women, supporting them not only in their food choices, but in their faith and identity.

Fast to Faith creates space for women to surrender striving and reconnect with the way God designed their bodies and hearts to function.

“I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when faith and functional nutrition come together.”

Not just for physical healing, but for peace, clarity and confidence in who you are.

And she isn’t doing it alone. Morgan is surrounded by Spirit-led women who genuinely want to support and sharpen one another. That kind of community is rare - and it’s a big reason she’s so grateful to be part of this mission.

Coaching Changed Her, Too

It’s one thing to talk about surrender and trust. It’s another to live it out in your body, your schedule and your habits.

Fast to Faith challenged Morgan to bring faith into the areas she used to handle on her own - food, body image and striving for perfection.

“Coaching in this space has required me to slow down, listen more, and rely on the Holy Spirit instead of my own strength or knowledge.”

It has shaped not just how she coaches, but how she leads in her home and her work.

The growth has been personal, spiritual and deeply transformative.

The Most Rewarding Part

For Morgan, it’s witnessing women step into freedom. Not just from sugar cravings or scale obsession, but from shame, burnout and the pressure to do it all perfectly.

She loves the lightbulb moments:

When a woman starts fueling her body out of love instead of punishment.

When she sets boundaries and honors her needs without guilt.

When she realizes God cares deeply about her health.

One client came into Fast to Faith feeling completely defeated. She had tried every diet, was exhausted from years of yo-yoing, and carried a lot of guilt around food and her body - all while juggling her job and motherhood.

Over the 40 days, they worked on stabilizing her blood sugar, building balanced meals and supporting her nervous system.

“The real breakthrough came when she realized she didn’t have to earn her health or healing.”

By the end, her energy was back, her clothes were fitting better - and her heart was lighter. She started showing up differently in her faith, her family and her work.

Thinking About Becoming a Coach?

“If you’re feeling the nudge to become a Fast to Faith coach - lean into it!”

This work isn’t about being perfect or having all the answers. If you have a heart for encouraging others, a desire to help women care for their bodies biblically and a story of your own, God can absolutely use you.

Morgan’s advice: stay rooted in your why. Your presence, your prayers and your lived experience are part of what makes you the right person for someone else’s journey.

And you’re never doing it alone.

Morgan’s Message to the Woman Waiting Until She’s “Ready”

Don’t wait!

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You don’t need to be at your goal weight.

You don’t need perfect willpower.

“You just need a willing heart.”

This journey is about progress, not perfection. It’s one of the few programs that nourishes both your body and your soul.

Get to Know Morgan

Her Morning Rhythm

Quiet prayer in the morning light before stepping into mom mode, then movement - strength training, a walk, a jog or stretching. Her first meal is always blood sugar-balanced.

Her Anchor Mantra

“Obedience over outcome.”

It keeps her focused on showing up faithfully, even when she can’t see the full picture.

Something You Might Not Know

Morgan is a sucker for silly reality TV. An overly dramatic dating show or a competition full of chaos is her way of totally checking out after a long day of nutrition protocols and coaching sessions.

Her Biblical Coffee Date

Morgan would choose Mary, the mother of Jesus. As a mom herself, she thinks often about Mary’s quiet strength, humility and obedience. She’d love to ask how Mary navigated motherhood with such grace, how she stayed grounded in her faith, and what it was like raising Jesus.
