“The easiest way to help women take back control of their bodies is to teach them how to fast their way to an unstoppable faith.”

Are you frustrated by the changes in your body?

Do you feel like your body is betraying you?

At the same time, do you feel like you’ve done everything right, like eat your veggies and get your steps in?

Do your mind and spirit feel disconnected from your body?

Every day in my medical practice, I hear women share these same struggles.

I know the superpower that reconnects your body, mind, and spirit, allowing you to feel amazing in your own body.

Can you guess what is it?

God! God is our superpower…

God lent you this body and He will transform you.

Are you ready to lose weight the right way?

The answers you are looking for can be found in the living, nourishing Word of the Bible.

Fasting is our other superpower!

Fasting is mentioned multiple times throughout the Bible as a way to strengthen your relationship with God.

Sadly, fasting has not been passed down among many Christians in recent generations…

Have you lost confidence in your body’s ability to transform?

True healing doesn’t come from making physical changes alone; it comes from the Holy Trinity.

Gain a deeper understanding of the spiritual disciplines through the ancient practice of Lectio Divina

Christians have used Lectio Divina for centuries to deepen their relationship with God.

It is a slow, contemplative way of reading the Bible that emphasizes listening to God’s word rather than just reading it.

You will practice Lectio Divina to strengthen your faith during the Holy Season of Lent.

The practice is usually done with a specific passage of scripture and is broken down into four steps:

Step 1: Ingest (Lectio)

The first step is to read the passage of scripture slowly and attentively, paying attention to any words or phrases that stand out to you.

Step 2: Digest (Meditatio)

You read it a second and third time with curiosity. Then you reflect on the meaning of the words and phrases that stood out to you.

Rest in God’s presence, allowing yourself to be open to whatever thoughts or feelings emerge.

Step 3: Nourish (Contemplatio)

Next, allow the scripture to speak to you and be open to what God may be saying to you through it.

Allow God’s word to shape your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Step 4: Grow (Oratio)

The final step is to thank God for His guidance, wisdom, and nourishment. Feed on His word all throughout the day.

Testimonials

"Thank you for Fast to Faith. I really enjoyed the camaraderie and learning a new, healthier way of life. I also enjoyed losing 15 pounds so that I feel more confident again."

-Tracy M.

"I loved adding in the Lectio Devina to my morning routine. I’ve always read my devotions and studied the Bible, but I loved slowing down and really stopping to listen to what God wanted me to hear, while studying and reflecting on His word."

-Kristen W.

"Fast to Faith is truly the best healing and health program. The spiritual component is a game changer. Bringing God into the equation has made things so much easier and has opened my eyes to see God in all things and rely on HIS strength throughout the day. I have been able to honor my commitment to spend just a few minutes a day to meditate on His Word and set myself up for a great day!"

-Suzanne J.
