• 24-Hour Full Refund: A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@fasttofaith.com.
• 7-Day Partial Refund: A refund minus a $100 administrative fee may be requested within 7 days of purchase due to early access to program materials and coaching services.
• No Refund After 7 Days: No refunds will be granted after 7 days of enrollment, as full content access and coaching support are made available at that point.

• 30-Day Cancellation Window: A refund minus a $150 administrative fee may be requested within 30 days of enrollment by submitting written notice to support@fasttofaith.com. Coach assignments are confirmed and paid at the 30-day mark; cancellations must be received before that date to qualify.
• No Refund After 30 Days: Once the 30-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Coach compensation has been paid at this point and the annual membership fee is non-refundable.
• Access Through Year-End: Members who cancel after 30 days retain access to program content and community through the end of their 12-month membership period. Coaching support may be discontinued upon cancellation confirmation.
• Non-Renewal: Membership will not automatically renew. You will be notified prior to your annual renewal date if a renewal option is available.

• 72-Hour Full Refund: A full refund may be requested within 72 hours of enrollment, provided the welcome call has not yet been completed and no lab kit has been shipped.
• Partial Refund After 72 Hours: If cancellation is requested after 72 hours but before the lab kit ships, a refund will be issued minus a $150 administrative and scheduling fee.
• No Refund After Lab Kit Shipped: Once the functional medicine stool test kit has been shipped or the welcome call completed, no refund will be issued. Lab costs are non-recoverable.

• 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Students may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $500 administrative fee within 48 hours of enrollment by submitting written notice to support@fasttofaith.com.
• No Refund After 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued after the 48-hour window.
• Installment Plan Cancellation: Cancellation of enrollment does not cancel outstanding payment obligations. Students who withdraw remain responsible for any unpaid balance per the agreed payment schedule.
