Part 1 — 40-Day Awakening Program

By enrolling in the Fast to Faith: A 40-Day Awakening Program, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Fast to Faith 40-Day Awakening Program is a faith-based wellness program designed to support whole-person healing—spirit, soul, and body—over a 40-day period. Participants receive 60 days of access to all program materials.

2. Coaching Support

As a participant, you will receive support from a Certified Fast to Faith Coach. This support is educational and faith-based and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed professional care.

Group Coaching Format

• One (1) 1-on-1 welcome call with your assigned coach
• Weekly group coaching sessions (Monday calls)
• Additional group sessions at the coach’s discretion

1-on-1 Coaching Format

• One (1) 1-on-1 welcome call
• Six (6) additional 15-minute 1-on-1 check-ins (approximately 2 hours total)

4. After the 40-Day Program

Upon completion, participants may continue their journey through a Sisterhood Membership or the Gut Healing Program.

5. Health Disclaimer

This program is for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes only. It does not substitute professional medical or mental health advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any fasting protocol or wellness practice introduced in this program.

6. Participant Responsibility

You take full responsibility for your decisions and health during the program. Participation is voluntary, and all outcomes are based on individual commitment and personal choices.

7. Testimonial Release

By participating, you grant Fast to Faith permission to use your testimonial(s)—written, spoken, or recorded—for promotional and educational purposes. This includes your first name and any feedback voluntarily shared, unless you specify otherwise in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials are proprietary to Fast to Faith and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed outside of the program without express written consent.

9. Community Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully within all community spaces and coaching sessions. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Part 2 — Sisterhood Membership

Sisterhood Membership is available upon completion of the 40-Day Awakening Program or as a standalone enrollment where offered. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Tiers

Standard Sisterhood Membership

• Weekly group coaching calls
• Ongoing access to the program and app
• “Now What” lifestyle training

VIP Sisterhood Membership

• All Standard Membership benefits
• Two (2) monthly 1-on-1 coaching check-ins (biweekly)

2. Billing & Membership Term

Sisterhood Membership is sold as an annual (12-month) paid-in-full commitment. By enrolling and submitting payment, you agree to the full one-year term. Access to coaching, content, and community begins immediately upon enrollment and continues through the end of your 12-month membership period.

5. Community Conduct

Members agree to engage respectfully within all community spaces. Fast to Faith reserves the right to revoke membership access for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other members, with no refund issued.

Part 3 — Gut Healing Program

By enrolling in the Gut Healing Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Gut Healing Program is a 12-week guided protocol combining 1-on-1 coaching support with functional medicine testing. This program is educational and supportive in nature and does not constitute medical treatment.

2. Program Inclusions

• One (1) 1-on-1 welcome call
• Weekly 1-on-1 check-ins during the 12-week healing protocol
• One (1) functional medicine stool test and consultation with a licensed provider

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4. Medical Disclaimer

The Gut Healing Program includes a functional medicine consultation with a licensed provider. This consultation is informational and does not establish a physician-patient relationship. Always consult your primary care provider before making significant changes to your health regimen.

5. Participant Responsibility

You are responsible for completing scheduled sessions, submitting lab materials in a timely manner, and communicating any scheduling conflicts in advance. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled.

Part 4 — Certified Fast to Faith Coaching Program

Program Provider: Fast to Faith Coaching Academy

By enrolling and submitting payment, you agree to all terms set forth in this agreement.

1. Program Description

• The Fast to Faith 40-Day Program
• Seven (7) course modules including video, audio, and live training content
• Six (6) quizzes
• Live weekly training sessions
• Faith Builder calls
• One (1) mock coaching session
• Certification exam
• Access to the Coaching Campus and online student community

The program is delivered fully online. The live component runs for seven (7) weeks. Students may complete the program at their own pace within a maximum of six (6) months from enrollment.

2. Tuition & Payment

• One-Time Payment: $4,995 paid in full at enrollment
• Installment Plan: $500/month for ten (10) consecutive months

By selecting the installment plan, you authorize Fast to Faith Coaching Academy to charge your payment method monthly. Failure to maintain current payments may result in immediate suspension of access to program materials.

4. Certification Requirements

To receive certification, students must complete all of the following within six (6) months of enrollment:

• Complete all seven (7) classes and six (6) quizzes
• Attend or watch all seven (7) live training and Faith Builder calls
• Submit a mock coaching session
• Pass the Certification Exam with a score of 80% or higher

Students who do not complete within six (6) months may reinstate access by paying a $500 extension fee, granting an additional 60 days.

5. Late Payments & Collections

Access will be suspended upon any missed payment and reinstated within 48 business hours of the account being brought current. Accounts delinquent more than 30 days may be referred to collections. Chargebacks constitute a breach of this agreement; the student remains responsible for the full outstanding balance.

6. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure

All course materials are proprietary to Fast to Faith Coaching Academy and are for individual use only. Unauthorized sharing or commercial use prior to certification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Non-Compete Agreement

By enrolling, you agree not to create, offer, or market a coaching program substantially similar to the Certified Fast to Faith Coaching Program for one (1) year following completion.

8. Program Disclaimer

This program is educational in nature and does not constitute professional advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Completion does not guarantee specific results, job placement, or income.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes unresolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. All claims must be filed within 100 days of the incident.

10. Student Acknowledgement

By enrolling and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms herein and authorize Fast to Faith Coaching Academy to process payments per your selected schedule.
